Important Patient Announcement: Upcoming Service Downtime for System Upgrades
At SHP we are committed to continuously improving the quality of care and service we provide. As part of this commitment, we are excited to announce that we will be upgrading our practice management software and telephone systems. These enhancements are designed to improve your experience with us, offering more streamlined and efficient services.
To facilitate these upgrades, please be advised of the following temporary service disruptions:
Online Booking System: Our online booking system will be unavailable from 3:00 PM on Thursday 22nd August until midnight Monday 26th August.
Telephone Line: We will be unable to process appointments via our current telephone number during this time. We will have a new telephone number, which we will share on our website, Google Business Page, and social media platforms as soon as it is available during the upgrade.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to get our new software and systems up and running.
What This Means for You:
Appointment Scheduling: If you need to schedule an appointment, we encourage you to do so before 3:00 PM on Thursday, August 22nd. Alternatively, you can contact us once the systems are back online on Tuesday 27th August.
Emergencies: If you have an urgent podiatry-related issue during this downtime, please email suzanne@suzannehamiltonpodiatry.com.
Follow-Up: When our systems are back online, we will promptly address any enquiries or follow-ups you may have during this period.
